A Fort Collins native with nearly two decades of real estate experience, Wendy is not just a Realtor; she's a seasoned expert who understands the intricate dance of the ever-changing market. With degrees from Colorado State University in both Business Marketing and Psychology plus a certificate in Customer Relationship Management, as well as, coming from a family of established Realtors in Northern Colorado dating back to the early 1970’s- Wendy jokes that real estate is all she has ever known. These deep roots and true second nature to the business has allowed Wendy to become a wealth of knowledge for her customers. Her clients often praise her ability to turn complicated transactions into smooth sailing.
Wendy’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her hundreds of deals with happy buyers and sellers; and multiple accolades, including "Top 40 Under 40” and “Best of Fort Collins 2020” awards.
Her areas of expertise include: first time buyers, “move-up” buyers, re-sale listings, luxury market, investors, and mountain property. Wendy is well versed in new construction and has worked on several teams for new builds. She also has a very exciting strategic partnership with a farm and ranch specialist, allowing her to help serve customers in that market spanning across Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and Texas.

Wendy was great to work with. We were picky buyers and she really helped to narrow down the search and land in a great location. One thing I would recommend, is to have buyers go at different times of the day to a house for road noise. It was a huge thing on our list and unfortunately the house we now are in, is on such a noisy road.
I chose Wendy Sparks to sell my home as her reputation as an outstanding realty agent is well known. Wendy was SO helpful coordinating people to pre-inspect and fix the problems that were found. Then, she even had people to clean and haul some junk away. I had approved a plan for Wendy to paint, carpet and stage the house prior to listing but she found a buyer that wanted to chose her own interior finishes.
