We wish we would have used Leah from the start! Her vision, clarity, and honesty were spot on and aligned with ours completely. We very much appreciated her and Jesse and would highly recommend them!! They communicated clearly and timely and were always a joy! We started with a different agent and when I said I was leaving some furniture to stage it he said Nope, don't need it. When I said maybe we should put flooring into the basement (the only part not finished), again said, Nope, don't need it. Clearly it needed it! The house sat on the market a year before we moved on to Leah who was a GREAT recommendation by the previous realtor. But we felt that year sitting on the market cost us time and money (not to mention stress!). Again, we're thankful we found Leah! Some things that were not about Leah that could use a little work were the Title company's systems: • Some things were redundant. We were filling out the same information multiple times. • Some days we had to sign things multiple times throughout the day – sending them all at the same time, even in different emails, would have been preferable. It’s hard for people to stop what they’re doing every time a new email comes through with a review or docu-sign, run to their computer, or pull over on the side of the road to open their computer, just to have another review or docu-sign an hour or two later. • The title company’s security was a little problematic because I too have securities on my system that would not allow me to access it. They need to have a Plan B (ours was to email mine to my husband’s email and I accessed it from his phone – which again, my phone would not allow for security reasons), and a Plan C in case the other persons email/phone are in a different state at the time, there needs to be a work around. Fortunately everything worked out, the house sold, and Leah saved the day (year)! Sorry for the delay in our survey response! We both thought the other handled it!
