We would highly recommend Kyle Basnar and The Group if you are looking to sell you house. Kyle and his assistant Kara were both extremely professional. They were always there to answer any questions that we had. They also listened and valued our input throughout the process. The Group presented our house in top notched fashion. The photographer that they used did some of the most amazing pictures. Their stager did a great job of adding a warm and inviting touch to the house. The visibility that The Group gave our house was second to none! Between their network of 280 agents as well as the broad online presence that they afforded our home, it made for a quick sale. They help me through this whole. They were there for everything. I appreciate them when I had a question. They answered it and answered it again and answered it again. I had many problems with my spouse on this and the more or less held my hand and help me get through it.
