Kelly is our go to realtor on multiple home purchases and she is for a reason. She always looks out for our best interest. Whether that is finding us the right home, giving us expert advice on the value proposition or location. She knows the market extremely well. She stays involved with us before, through and after the sale. On our home we live in, we purchased before we knew Kelly. Despite that, she has put together comparable's to submit to refute our tax increases twice. Both times she was successful and they were massive savings. Our most recent home, my wife got locked in the home and Kelly went and got her, took my wife up to pick up our dog at the vets and then still got a locksmith to get my wife back into the home to get her car keys. Like I said, she is our go to realtor for a reason. But, primarily because she gives us great advice, fights for the best price for us and always ensures that she looks out for our best interest. She always stays in touch with a text, note, a plant or just letting us know what is going on in the market.
