John was the consumate professional throughout the entire process. Since we were purchasing our condo from out of state, John began this process via Zoom and got to know us so that when we met in person it was like meeting a distant relative. His knowledge of Colorado real estate history, current policy, and the Steamboat Springs market was spot on. His follow up to questions was often within a couple of hours and sometimes minutes. He anticipated questions and offered sound advice where appropriate. He is definately in our circle of friends now.
