I have almost 40 years of experience in Customer Service and Business Management. 19 of those years have been here at The Group Real Estate. I have always been dedicated to developing systems that will provide consistent, excellent results. My belief that a successful business is built on long-term relationships, rooted in trust and respect, is the driving force in every interaction. At The Group Inc., I found those same core values and that translates to a smooth and positive real estate experience for my customers. Although residential real estate makes up a large portion of my business, I enjoy helping customers with all their real estate needs: new construction, mountain properties, or land.
Raised in a small town in the California Gold Country, we moved to Fort Collins in 1986. Nikki, my bride of 37 years, is an amazing supporter and partner in life’s adventure. We have two awesome daughters, Ashley and Chelsey, who both went through Poudre Schools and went on to graduate from Colorado State University. They both married in 2017 (only 10 weeks apart - thanks girls) to great guys and now our family continues to expand. Nikki and I are overly proud grandparents to Enzio, Delaney and Miles. For fun I am an avid runner, fair weather cyclist, cautious mountain biker, decent skier and part-time fly fisherman. Nikki and I love to hike, camp, work in our yard, cook together and check out new breweries and restaurants. All of which is so readily available here in Northern Colorado.
