Jim constantly went above and beyond: he had open houses every weekend, cleanup if necessary and generally looked over the property as we were out of state! He reframed all interactions and the actually contracting process, he even facilitated worker to complete jobs and followed up with removal of a fridge that we forgot to remove from the garage- loaded and took to the dump.
