The main thing is we did sell the house for the appraised amount quickly. There were a number of communication issues between realtor and client, realtor and renters, and realtor and service personnel. Didn’t realize when I hired Dave that his son would be handling the majority of the work. Had to have $ escrowed to complete the transaction after the signing which could have been prevented but eventually got everything taken care of. Overall we were generally satisfied.
