Great service and very efficient

We have known Dave Trujillo for many years through a mutual friend. We had not bought or sold a house with him before, but we knew if we ever needed to, he would be our first phone call. He answered, he met us at the property within 24 hours, he had two full price offers in-hand on the first day of listing, and from start-to-finish had us at Closing within 45 days of that first phone call. Dave is an excellent communicator, a master at his craft, and has an amazing team supporting him as well. Dave is the best.
